Unite Living is a platform streamlining property management and rental processes for both B2B and B2C in the Norwegian market. Originally inspired by a tenant matching app in 2008, it has since evolved into a full PropTech solution covering leasing, broker and partner management, and integrated FinTech services. This project required a thorough understanding of property management systems and collaboration with key stakeholders to meet real-world user needs.

As the lead UX designer, I was tasked with redesigning the entire platform, starting with the existing B2B solution. Engaging with customers and the product owner provided key insights that shaped the design process. After successfully launching the B2B solution's second version, I led the design of the B2C component, significantly improving user satisfaction and business results.
